Article 2: Application of the general conditions of sale
The general conditions thus presented apply to any purchase made from ETNIK WINES on its online store via the website www.icave.com or by telephone. The buyer just has to click on “General Conditions of Sale” (hereinafter referred to as GCS) to know the conditions of his order, even before he has started the ordering process.
Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Sales Terms, to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectuses, catalogs issued by the seller and which have only one value. indicative.

For France, prices are expressed in Euros (€) and displayed inclusive of all taxes (French VAT and all other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs. Subject to typographical and display errors or manifest pricing errors.
