Fumé Blanc, an atypical wine for a Sauvignon Blanc from Moldova. The minerality typical for this grape is very well veiled with the aromas of exotic fruits, bringing the freshness for wine. The oak barrel, very well chosen by the winemaker, reinforces the character of the wine by giving finest vanilla notes in good balance with exotic notes of passion fruit, pomegranate and pineapple. This wonderful wine has be married with fish dishes in a passion fruit sauce.
